Tongia Sullivan is a clinical supervisor for a major narcotic treatment center; she oversees the Federal, State and Local Government compliance of counselors and the treatment of five hundred plus patients for the daily operation of the clinic.

Ms. Sullivan is a Substance Abuse Profession (SAP) who provides assessments for required employees driving safety sensitive motor vehicles under the Department of Transportation; she’s a clinician for Kaiser Permanente Hospital chemical dependent/dual diagnosis department.

She has worked in the profession of alcohol and drug counseling since 1995; mentoring individuals with chemical dependence and mental health disorders; case managed at risk pregnant teens; homeless and runaway teens; former coordinator for a residential substance abuse treatment facility with women released from prison and reunited with their children; substance abuse treatment coordinator and mental health specialist for chemical dependent adolescences placed by probation and child protective services in residential treatment. Ms. Sullivan provided foster care for five siblings at risk for 20 years placed in her home by Family & Children Services.

She’s the Founder/CEO of a 501(c)(3), Paramount Mobile Substance Abuse Services.

Education, Ms. Sullivan holds an AA Degree in Alcohol and Drug Counseling from Fresno City College; BA Degree in Social Work from Fresno State University. She’s a member of the California Marriage Family Counseling Association; California Consortium of Addiction Programs and Professions; International Reciprocity Consortium. Ms. Sullivan is certified by the State of California as an Alcohol and Drug Counselor II and qualified with the Department of Transportation as a Substance Abuse Professional.

December 2018, Ms. Sullivan will confer her Master’s Degree in the area of Marriage Family Children Counseling from Fresno State University. Her upcoming project(s) will be to obtain her associate number by March 2019 and will continue her quest to obtain her hours to become a License Therapist for the State of California to help people help themselves. Ms. Sullivan is a native of Chicago, Illinois and resides in Fresno, California.
